[Zei on Fashion] I'm not a Hello Kitty fan...

I was more of a Kerokeropi, Zashikubuta and other Sanrio characters that's not Hello Kitty kind of girl. But I sure don't mind toting this...

It's a Hello Kitty KT monogram handbag. I guess this bag got me with its green and white stripe band, gold hardware, and most of all, it's gold interior (not shown). Might just get a hold of this bag if my money sensibility doesn't kick-in fast. I'm pretty sure Hello Kitty lovers would adore this bag more than me.

Were you a Hello Kitty fan girl? =)

I'm a bag lady

It's almost Christmas and since it's the season of giving and receiving, it's high time I start thinking of the things that I would love to receive this year (or buy for myself if no one obliges). I'm normally a shoe kind of girl, but since most of my heels are still spanking and I've given them a rest for the whole time I was pregnant, my default second category is bags. I'm actually happy with another Longchamp Le Pliage because it's really more ideal now that I have Zia's stuff to tow as well, but since this is just a wish list, I turned first to Tory Burch and here are some bags I wouldn't mind carrying around everywhere.

And if Santa's really feeling generous (not that I'm pushing it), I wouldn't mind having this too.

Hey, it's just a wish list anyway. =p What about you guys? Have you thought about your wish list this Christmas?

Style Thrift Tip #2: Go for carry-alls, they can go from day to night with the proper attire plus it's more functional.

Dear Bag gods, hear my prayer(s)

I've always though motherhood would change me - in terms of my wants, but I don't think the change (if any) has taken effect yet, my insatiable need for new bags is still as strong as ever. Such is its strength that I felt the need to blog about it - which meant I had to bring my laptop in bed so I could blog beside our baby girl's rocker where she's fast asleep at the moment (thus allowing me to sneak a quick post). Anyway, I just really wanted to share how much I've always wanted a black PRADA tote bag like this, but it's too pricey for me, but maybe in the near future, if disposable income pours in.

But for now, while the PRADA project is still on the works, these two babies are on my PASAP list (Purchase as soon as possible/pwede/payagan). Took the photos from a local online bag seller Bags R Us (http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100000919569782). Hopefully I get to buy the bags soon, maybe in time for November, when I start work after my maternity leave.

Bag gods, I've been very good this year, please make my wishes come true. I promise to put my future pretty bags to good use. =p

My pursuit for a yellow bag ends

I've always loved the color yellow and I've always loved bags (carry-all bags to be more specific), so naturally a yellow bag should've been a staple in my wardrobe, but sadly, I never found a suitable yellow bag. I had a yellow bag once which I got from Charles & Keith, but it wasn't big enough and it was too office-y now that I think about it. So around last year, my pursuit for a nice yellow bag started. I thought of getting myself another Le Pliage in mustard, but with most of my resources being allocated to baby shopping, I decided to restrain myself and look further. Luckily, I stumbled upon this online seller in Facebook, Sole Sister Lifestyle, that had their bags on sale. I checked out the photos and saw it - the yellow bag that would finally end my pursuit for my own yellow wonder of a bag. Anyway, it's canvas and it's super spacious, which I love. Oh, plus I got it for an amazing price. Now, even on rainy days (like yesterday and today), I still get to lug around some sunshine with me and so much more. Thanks Kristine and Tanya of Sole Sister Lifestyle! Check out their stuff at http://www.solesisterph.blogspot.com/.
